Your personal information can be erased once your membership has cancelled down. Please contact [email protected] once your membership has ended, and they will action this request for you. As part of your erasure request, your email address, home address, and phone number will be removed from your membership record, although in line with HMRC's guidance, we have a legal obligation regarding the retention of financial records which must be retained for six years following the last entry or relevant accounting period, plus an extra year for review and disposal. Therefore we will be unable to delete your membership in its entirety until after this time period.
